Norfolk Clinic is committed to ensuring that any personal information is stored securely, responsibly and confidentially. None of your personal information is stored on our website other than to collect and send email correspondence/ telephone you for the purposes of our initial contact to arrange appointments or responding to your queries. Your personal details will NOT be retained, used or shared with any third parties, organisations or for any other purposes other than if we needed to break confidentiality in the event that you are at risk/harm to yourself and or others. However you will be made aware of this during your consultation session when discussing our contact. You will be made fully aware of our confidentiality policy and any other policies that are appropriate in your initial consultation appointment.
