Cancellation Policy

Because the average appointment is of one hour duration, it is necessary to impose the following cancellation policy without 24 hours notice, this is due to short notice and having to turn other clients away. 

  Without 24 hours notice - £20

Same day cancellation without notice - Full fee

Should you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment for any reason you can do so by giving us a call on 0191 5102228, if we aren't around to take your call you can leave a message on our answer machine and we will respond as soon as we can.
